Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator at TechTrix Systems, you will be responsible for assisting sales representatives, managing sales documentation, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating sales operations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, maintain organized records, and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination:
✅ Assist corporate and channel sales teams in improving productivity by scheduling customer appointments.
✅ Ensure sales representatives have updated support materials, including rate sheets, product guides, proposals, and contracts.
✅ Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
✅ Assist in preparing sales presentations and coordinating sales meetings.
Order Processing & Customer Support:
✅ Process orders received via phone, email, or mail, ensuring accuracy in prices, discounts, and product details.
✅ Input and track orders to ensure timely processing and on-time delivery based on customer requirements.
✅ Respond to customer queries, inform clients of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events.
Collaboration & Documentation Management:
✅ Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, order fulfillment, and customer service) to coordinate sales operations.
✅ Maintain organized sales records, reports, and databases to track sales performance.
✅ Support sales representatives by providing necessary documents, reports, and customer insights.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years in a sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Urdu is essential; Arabic is a plus).
📍 Location Requirement:
- This position is based in Karachi. Candidates must be available for an on-site role at our Karachi office.
Skills Required:
