Role Overview:

As an Operations Manager at TechTrix Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, optimizing workflows, managing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring the highest level of efficiency. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, improving productivity, and ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Process Optimization:

✅ Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
✅ Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth cross-department coordination.
✅ Establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
✅ Monitor and improve operational processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
✅ Ensure optimal resource allocation, budget control, and cost optimization.

Administration & Compliance:

✅ Supervise administrative functions, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
✅ Implement and oversee workplace health and safety protocols.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

✅ Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve business objectives.
✅ Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of operational staff.
✅ Set performance goals and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
✅ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the organization.

Business Continuity & Problem-Solving:

✅ Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure smooth business continuity.
✅ Manage internal communication to ensure effective collaboration across teams.
✅ Develop reports and presentations on operational performance for leadership.

Fleet & Logistics Management:

✅ Oversee fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance of company vehicles.
✅ Track and analyze fleet performance data to improve operational efficiency.
✅ Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and insurance requirements.

Technology & Innovation:

✅ Transform operations from manual/traditional systems to automated solutions for increased efficiency.
✅ Stay updated with latest technologies to optimize operational processes within a short timeframe.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in an operations management or similar leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 

📍 Location Requirement:

• This position is based in Karachi. Candidates must be available for an on-site role at our Karachi office.
