Role Overview:
As the IT Product Manager at TechTrix Systems, you will take charge of defining, executing, and managing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our IT solutions. From initial concept to launch and post-launch enhancements, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs, align with industry standards, and drive market success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT products, ensuring alignment with TechTrix’s overall business objectives.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and design to launch and post-launch iterations, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution throughout the product development process.
• Customer Insights & Feedback: Analyze customer insights and feedback to continuously improve product features, user experience, and product-market fit.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product adoption and penetration in target markets.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics to drive improvements and make data-driven decisions.
• Sales & Partner Collaboration: Engage with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to optimize product sales and enhance product availability.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet industry standards, compliance regulations, and adhere to high-quality benchmarks.
• Technology Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.
• Leadership & Communication: Present product updates, strategy, and progress reports to leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
• Pricing & Positioning: Manage pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities to maximize market share and profitability.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and lead internal product training programs and partner enablement to enhance product knowledge and market readiness.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Optimize inventory management and supply chain coordination to ensure timely product distribution.
• Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with vendors for promotional activities, sales initiatives, and discounts to boost product market penetration.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing IT products.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
