Role Overview:
As a Channel Sales Manager at TechTrix Systems, you will be responsible for developing and managing channel sales strategies, onboarding and maintaining relationships with resellers, SIs, and distributors, and ensuring sales targets are met. You will work closely with internal teams, marketing, and supply chain partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Sales & Partner Management:
✅ Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive market penetration.
✅ Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with resellers, system integrators (SIs), and distributors.
✅ Expand business opportunities by establishing a strong channel sales network.
✅ Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met.
✅ Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
✅ Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
Market Strategy & Business Growth:
✅ Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
✅ Oversee pricing strategies and discount structures to optimize profitability.
✅ Develop and implement policies to maintain sales consistency across regions.
✅ Drive new product launches and ensure successful integration into the channel network.
✅ Develop incentive programs and sales promotions to boost partner engagement.
Supply Chain & Operational Coordination:
✅ Collaborate with partners for demand forecasting and inventory planning.
✅ Ensure effective stock management to prevent shortages or overstocking.
✅ Identify and resolve distribution challenges to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
✅ Work closely with internal teams (finance, logistics, and support) to streamline sales processes.
✅ Lead contract negotiations and agreements with channel partners.
Reporting & Compliance:
✅ Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
✅ Implement CRM tools to track partner performance and engagement levels.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and industry regulations.
✅ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years in a channel sales, business development, or partner management role.
- Experience working with resellers, distributors, and system integrators (SIs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Urdu is essential; Arabic is a plus).
📍 Location Requirement:
- This position is based in Karachi. Candidates must be available for an on-site role at our Karachi office.
